About the project

Sundspace is developing a suborbital experimental rocket for the European Rocketry Challenge — built in-house at Stralsund University.

The mission

We want to understand a rocket’s full lifecycle — from concept through simulation and fabrication to a recovered vehicle after the flight. The long-term goal: competing at EUROC.

Engineering

Custom avionics with a flight computer and telemetry, a multi-stage recovery system and a lightweight structure — developed and tested step by step, ourselves.

Safety

Every test and launch follows a fixed safety protocol and takes place only on approved sites.
